Recycled polyester staple fiber refers to the use of polyester fabrics, waste polyester bottle flakes, spinning waste, foam materials, and pulp blocks as raw materials. The waste bottle flakes are crushed and cleaned, and the mixture of various materials is dried, melted and extruded. Spinning, winding, bundling, drafting, crimping (while adding different oils during crimping according to customer needs), relaxation and heat setting, and cutting to form polyester staple fibers of different lengths.
Recycled polyester staple fiber has the characteristics of high fluff, high resilience, silky feel, comfortable and soft, and is generally used in the filling industry of furniture and toys, bedding, clothing industry, needle-punched cotton industry, and stitch-bonded fabric industry.
The length of recycled polyester staple fiber is generally 32 to 102mm, and the fineness is available in many specifications from 1.5D to 20D. It can be customized and is a full use of renewable resources. It has a broad market because of its low cost and good performance.
